• Online Ladle Refining Furnace(Phase 1 and Phase 2): Essar Steel was setting up a new steel plant to increase its product dimensions, which required creating a flexible and effective Ladle Refining Department to achieve this goal. Ladle Refining Department takes care of the quality and grades of the product and is also responsible for the flow of production.
•  Roles and Responsibilities: Cold and Hot Commissioning of the Ladle Refining Furnace. Increasing Safety Standards while working through design modification and creating awareness. Responsible for the smooth working of Material handling and dispatching system.
• Offline Ladle Refining Furnace: A subsidiary furnace was built to increase the flexibility in process and which was not lined up with production cycle.
•  Roles and Responsibilities: Second-in-charge for hot as well as cold commissioning projects of Offline Ladle Refining Furnace. Done Process modifications to increase efficiency. Incorporated Design modification to enable smooth working of department and increase working safety standards.
• Other Roles and Responsibilities: Also worked as a Senior furnace operator. Responsible for coordination with production line, quality and grade of the product. Represented my department in Level 2 modification team of plant. Trained the new joiners regarding manufacturing process and safety standards.
