Recruiting wasn’t the plan - I just slipped into it like a wrong Zoom link. Before I knew it, I was chasing GTM folks across sales, marketing, and CS like they were limited-edition drops. Built squads that kept the revenue engine alive, closed ‘impossible’ roles, and occasionally impressed managers enough to stop saying, ‘This can’t be done.’Now I’m leveling up - navigating leadership hiring.
