Hi, I'm Jahnvi, a management professional with a specialization in human resources. I hold a Psychology degree from the University of Delhi and an MBA from IBS Hyderabad, which has given me a comprehensive skill set that includes effective communication, interpersonal relations, multitasking, presentation skills, team management, and leadership. During my academic journey, I was fortunate to intern at ITC Ltd, SBU Packaging and Printing, TVT, Chennai, where I managed the campus recruitment process, improved its efficiency, and formulated recruitment strategies for the newly set-up Nadiad plant. I also analyzed data and evaluated the effectiveness of LTA-Incentive schemes, which sharpened my analytical abilities and proficiency in MS Excel. My exemplary performance was recognized with a monetary incentive and recommendation from my supervisor. Furthermore, I have experience as a Marketing Coordinator at SAINA Human Capital Advisory Service and as a Digital Marketing and Human Resource Intern at COGNIZAVEST.
