Radhika is a Partner and Managing Director at Mercer Talent Enterprise. As one of the co-founders of The Talent Enterprise, Radhika and the team successfully bootstrapped and significantly grew the business for over 10+ years since 2012. The Company was acquired by Mercer in March 2024 and Radhika continues to co-lead the newly merged business. Mercer is a global consulting organisation part of the Marsh McLennan Group (MMC), which is a listed company on the NYSE. As an organisational psychologist and HR expert, she advises clients on strategic human capital issues, with a key focus on youth and female inclusion. With an Ivy League education and two Masters Degrees in Organisational Psychology, Radhika is the first person from the MENASA region to be awarded a degree in Positive Psychology under the guidance of Dr. Martin Seligman and Dr. Angela Duckworth. She served on founding Board of Directors of the prestigious International Positive Psychology Association and is a Visiting Scholar at the University of Pennsylvania. As a sought-after expert in the areas of talent assessment, leadership, engagement, happiness and well-being, Radhika, along with our team of in-house psychologists, steers the on-going R&D of all our psychometric tools and assessment solutions, grounded in positive psychology, such as The Thriving Index. She has also co-developed a series of positive education led programs to help develop critical skills for life for youth, such as our flagship program StrengthsCompass. Prior to joining Mercer Talent Enterprise, Radhika was part of the founding team for the MENA region at Aon Hewitt as an Associate Partner and Head of Innovation. She also worked with Campus Philly in the USA, a prominent not-for-profit organisation focused on the development of Philadelphia as a regional talent hub. Radhika is a published author and her books include ‘Unlocking the Paradox of Plenty’ highlighting the labour market opportunities in the region and a book on females in the Arab world titled ‘Game-Changers’. Game-Changers won Best International Non Fiction Book at the Sharjah Book Fair in 2017. She has also contributed to four additional books including 'The Future of Labour Market Reform in the GCC’ by Gerlach Press, 'Employment and Career Motivation in the Gulf States’ by Gerlach, ‘The Political Economy of Wasta’ by Springer and ‘Policy Making in the GCC’ by IB Tauris.
