Severino Murze — Performance Marketing Manager
Severino Murze is a dynamic marketing professional with nearly a decade of proven experience in marketing and business strategy, specialising in the medical industry. Over the years, he has developed a powerful skill set spanning digital marketing, content marketing, lead nurturing, data visualisation, and strategic growth initiatives. His diverse background across multiple business and marketing roles has sharpened his ability to deliver measurable results, drive brand visibility, and create meaningful engagement. With a passion for innovation and excellence, Severino continues to help businesses elevate their presence and achieve sustainable success. His key aim is to be an asset to the firm with his interpersonal skills in management which are growing, after completing my Bachelors in Commerce and specializing in Marketing, the field of marketing appealed to him which made him pursue his Masters in Marketing Advanced degree at Griffith University to give him the cutting edge knowledge to gain insights to be a better manager and groom his interpersonal skills. After 2 years of dedication and discipline towards my studies, he graduated at a GPA of 6.13/7 with a Griffith award in academic excellence which inducted him into the Golden Key International Honour Society. While pursuing his Master's in Marketing Advanced degree he realized the importance to give something back to the society. Therefore, he actively took part in various events across the university either as an Event Manager in hosting events on campus or by helping new students adapt to the cultural changes in the form of a Senior buddy; which is a program that helps new students by pairing them with senior students who help them to settle into life at university well and guide them with the growing university demands daily. Furthermore, he was part of the Mayor's Student Ambassador program in 2019 and represented the student community on the Gold Coast. The Mayor's Student Ambassador program gave him the opportunity to start his own micro-community called GEN-TM along with 7 other ambassadors with the sole purpose of helping Marketing and Tourism students connect with industry professionals. Lastly, I strongly believe that all study and no play makes a person's life incomplete. I've been actively part of the Griffith University Soccer team and have represented them at the National Division 1 & 2 games in Australia.
