Hitankshi Trivedi — Co-Founder
"There is hope, even when your brain tells you there isn't!" - John Green Being a strong mental health advocate, I believe in raising awareness and providing quality mental health care to individuals. Drawing from an extensive clinical training at NIMHANS, I employ an eclectic-integrative framework in therapy. I combine principles of humanistic therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy, systemic theory, attachment-based perspectives, and mindfulness-based approaches in my work with individuals. I believe that mental health care is a journey - one where I walk along with my clients. Along with engaging in therapy, I find myself strongly inclined towards academia and research. Some of my research fascinations include psychotherapy process research, neuropsychology, personality disorders, family therapy, women's mental health, psychological assessments, and social psychology. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, reading, dancing and travelling!
