• Responsibilities:
• Helping the business develop their recruiting strategy through the lateral experienced hire space. This includes developing and executing a sourcing strategy, managing and streamlining the interview and selection process, and managing the offer process to completion.
• Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
• Keeping track of client budget/ cost involved
• Negotiate and follow-ups with selected candidates
• Distributing the requirements to the Team Members and short listing the resumes. Motivating & Helping the Team members in achieving the Targets.
• Monitoring the interviews scheduled by the Team members for the candidates. Keeping track of the Team member’s placements.
• Handling a team of 10 plus recruiters and driving the team towards achieving the required deliverables
• Control the recruiting team and draft a report on its performance
