Deepika Sadanand — Senior Software Engineer

One Adjective that has always been associated with me since school days is Hard Working. I am a quick learner and pick up new technologies and protocols as work demands it. Currently working as Senior Software Engineer-2 at Citrix in Netscaler(ADC) product line. Networking has caught my interest thus far and I have working experience on Switches/Routers and Load Balancers, both on-prem and AWS. With no formal Computer Science education (Btech in Electrical and Electronics) , I am a self taught C and Python developer on Linux/FreeBSD platforms. I enjoy my work best when basic Data Structures and Algorithms concepts are used to make tremendous difference in Performance and User Experience. Have been lucky to have had a few projects like that which improved my performance tremendously as well :) I look forward to white-board designing phase before the start of every project and also the adrenaline of coding a whole new directory!(again lucky to have got such experiences in an already well established product line.)
