I'm Harshad Kuthe, an individual with a deep passion for music and a penchant for cinema. Writing poetry and articles is another area where I find immense joy. In 2016, I embarked on a journey with my Royal Enfield Bullet, reaching the Southernmost and Westernmost tips of India, and in 2018, I ventured to the Northernmost tip. My goal is to explore the remaining corners soon. My academic journey includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from St. Xavier's College, Mumbai (2009-10) and a Masters of Labour Studies from Maharashtra Institute of Labour Studies (MILS) (2013-15). With 10 years of professional experience, I currently hold the position of Sr. Manager Human Resources leading as Regional Business HR Partner team for Corporate Functions & West 1 Region at Schindler India Pvt. Ltd since April 2024. My career began in Schindler India in 2014. I joined as a Management Trainee in the Compensation & Benefits team from December 2014 to August 2019. Following that, I transitioned into the role of Business Partner HR, overseeing Navi Mumbai, Thane, Nagpur, and Chhattisgarh from September 2019 until April 2022. Subsequently I was a Lead for L&D from January 2022 to March 2024.
