Customer care call processing:
Providing APIs to route CC calls to appropriate agents or play Interactive Voice Responses(IVRs) and later processing the user actions on the IVRs.
Refactored the APIs to handle multiple business requirements. Used Launchdarkly as a configuration manager to empower product teams to launch new IVRs based on various caller attributes.

Computing the monthly payout data of all the drivers belonging to an owner and generating the payslip. Did the end to end development making use of AWS services like SNS, Lamda, S3. Used serverless to deploy the stack.

Masking customer’s number on the driver’s partner app for privacy. Developed the solution in house, building APIs to mask numbers for an order and expire number maskings.

Create a new microservice along with a gateway to handle support related tasks like placing outbound requests, creating and expiring chat session tokens etc.
E-business card:

Seller Promotions :
Automating the creation of new promotion on Snapdeal by inviting all eligible sellers based on the list of products chosen for promotion, which was previously done through manual interaction with sellers that takes days to communicate.
> Created the UI for Admin panel, where the admin can see the list of promotions all past, present and future, create a new promotion and change the state of current or upcoming promotions.
Also developed the UI for sellers’ promotion panel. This panel has the list all upcoming ,expired and ongoing promotions, where seller can opt to participate in or withdraw from any ongoing or upcoming promotions.
> Technologies used are Yeoman generator, HTML,AngularJS,JavaScript,SASS.
Buyer Seller Chat:
Enabling buyer to converse with corresponding seller in case of issue with product received before opting for return or replacement. If buyer is satisfied with resolution provided by the seller, he/she would opt against return or replacement.
> Developed the Snapdeal’s buyer web UI where buyer communicates with seller, both through texts and images.
