• As a key member of the Booking and Finance Pod, I successfully coordinated with a diverse team of 20 to deliver over 200 features and end-to-end solutions to client requirements. I enhanced customer and operations dashboards used by 150+ organizations for booking domestic and cross-border shipments and enhanced first-mile platforms for clients like DTDC, decreasing manual intervention and reducing response time by 35-40%. I also developed modules for the MyDTDC app used by over 1 million customers, built a retail booking portal for Zajil express with over 7 million customers, and overhauled delivery and pickup processes for multiple clients, handling over 12 million shipments per month.
