During my internship, I had the opportunity to work with the Global Capability Center (GCC) where I played a key role in supporting the organization's efforts to revamp and upgrade their Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents.
To achieve this, I conducted a thorough process mapping exercise and RASCI analysis, which allowed me to identify areas of improvement within the existing processes. As part of this analysis, I also identified several non-value adding steps that were contributing to inefficiencies in the process.
