• Driving the execution of the Talent MeshOS Recruitment-as-a-Service (RaaS) model for early-stage startups (Pre-Seed to Series A, 5-50 employees). This role is centered on delivering quality, speed, and efficiency in a success-based model.
• Key Responsibilities & Impact:
• End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full-cycle process from targeted sourcing to offer closure for highly specialized roles (Tech, Product, GTM).
• Sourcing Strategy: Implement a "Tech Purist" sourcing strategy to vet and present only high-quality, pre-qualified candidates, adhering to our low volume, high-conversion metrics.
• Speed & Efficiency: Focus on achieving a 12-day average time-to-hire (vs. industry standard 45+ days) through rapid, effective pipeline management.
• Client Partnership: Act as a critical extension of the client's founding team, providing real-time pipeline updates and strategic consultation.
• Brand Building: Directly contribute to the success of our risk-free, performance-based model (zero upfront fees, 8.33% first-hire fee).
