• "Magnolia Flowers" is a character-driven synthesis of my adolescent dreams and nightmares.
• It's a high school film that refuses to include a single frame of a locker or classroom.
• It's about the actual day-to-day reality of today's youth and their day-to-day battle to maintain their mental health.
• It tears down the heavy stigmas which have plagued discussions of mental health for decades, forcing the audience to sit in a metaphorical therapist's chair.

• Provided on-site support for the Emergency Department Medical Directors, Physicians, PA/NPs, and Scribes within a multi-hospital system. Assisted with recruiting and interviews, credentialing, on-boarding, payroll, monthly physician schedules, expense reports, and electronic charting. Expertise in electronic medical record documentation and billing requirements and regulations. Collaborated with in-network sites as well as cross-organization collaboration to standardize protocols, development and publishing of regional-industry standardizing policies. As the main point of contact for the physician group for the region, fills the role of liaison between the providers, the Vituity corporate office, and hospital administration at multiple facilities. Chairs monthly team meetings and co-facilitates annual in-person meetings across multiple practice lines. Worked closely with other members of the leadership team on various process improvement plans and project implementations.
• As scribe program manager, I provided direct support with interviews and hiring, on-boarding, clinical education, counseling, and performance-based reviews. As the content expert for multiple projects, manages delegated tasks and ensures timeliness of completion. Chairs monthly team meetings and manages mentorship program. Mentorship program has successfully resulting in over 90% of current participants to achieve initial goals within 1 year, such as admission into nursing or AP programs, and applications to medical schools.
