From the fast-paced talent scene of Mumbai to the dynamic HR landscape in Canada, my journey has been anything but ordinary. Starting as an HR intern at ET Edge, where I supported end-to-end recruitment and employee engagement initiatives, I found my passion for people strategies early on. Moving into the fast-paced energy of Toronto, I’ve quickly found my rhythm and grown professionally, bringing a mix of both cultures into my HR approach.—from co-op and part-time roles to my current position at Farrow, supporting Canadian Brokerage Operations as well as other company functions.
