Augusta began her career in contingency talent acquisition, at Selby Jennings, where she focussed on developing knowledge of her chosen sector, quantitative finance, and securing fast and effective talent solutions. She then worked on the executive search side of talent acquisition, at Shadowhound, where she was the Head of the Quantitative Team.
