• During my internship, I actively contributed to the Talent Acquisition process, focusing on sourcing and screening candidates for mid-level positions such as Sales Managers, Digital Marketing Executive, Area Service Manager and Area Sales Managers. I managed a daily call volume of 40-50 candidates, evaluating their suitability through initial screenings, and supported the onboarding process by liaising with hiring managers. Additionally, I updated candidate data using Excel and provided reports for internal review.
