Additionally, BlockTweaks provided consultancy services, guiding businesses in building and deploying decentralized applications (DApps).
• With a strong focus on innovation and efficiency, the company played a pivotal role in streamlining blockchain infrastructure for its clients. BlockTweaks successfully exited to an undisclosed investor, marking a strategic milestone in its journey.

• Led an onsite project in Mauritius for a food processing industry client, managing the import and further processing of food products for van sales and supermarket distribution. Additionally, contributed to a government funding project, overseeing government bond funds and share management through our ERP system.
• My core responsibility was to evaluate and control ongoing projects while implementing new initiatives as required. Worked closely with management to gather requirements, prepare SRS documentation, and customize solutions to meet the client’s specific needs. A key accomplishment was developing an entirely new interface, enabling clients to dynamically generate invoices using tablets or mobile phones. This system allowed management to track van locations, sales, inventory, and financials in real time.

• Worked on a complex, multi-divisional, multi-company project spanning across the Southern African region, with a central setup in Lusaka, Zambia, and operations in adjacent countries like Zimbabwe, Congo(DRC), Tanzania, Botswana, Kenya, and South Africa. The parent company was involved in the production of different FMCG products such as soap, detergents, candy, food processing, and more, while the sister companies were involved in the production of beverages, dairy products, chips, and metallurgical instruments (processing of iron ore) used in construction.
• Goal: To establish a functioning ERP system (Ebizframe ERP) for all the companies and enable inter-relation between them, managing the complete procurement and supply chain management, along with sales and production of finished goods and raw materials, and their financial implications in the system.
• In close cooperation with management, my work involved:
• Understanding the workflow of all the units, gathering requirements and making a blueprint document to effectively customize our solution as per the needs.
• Rectifying and uploading master data in the system.
• Initiating developments as per the blueprinting document.
• Deployment of source code on the test environment, conducting UAT, and giving training to end-users.
• Following all the disaster management norms, be it taking a manual backup physically or using automatic tools for the daily backup of the database and source code.
• Using Agile methodology, with consecutive sprints of 4 weeks.
• Achievements:
• Successfully implemented the software in all seven sub-companies, and the process set up during the initiation of the project is now widely adopted.
• Involved in the project from initiation to requirement analysis to development to testing and to closure of the project, following the complete SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Received the Pat-On-The-Back award from management for efficiently managing the project.

• My work involved collaborating closely with ESS employees and clients to:

I also had the chance to organize social events, including the successful Balakalakaar, an event designed to showcase the talents of underprivileged children and provide them with a platform to nurture their potential. It was truly rewarding to support these children and help them achieve their goals. Overall, my experience with AIESEC helped me grow both personally and professionally and taught me the importance of making a positive impact on society.
