Hey there! I'm Shiv Kapoor, a Delhi-based entrepreneur and investor deeply passionate about technology and building ventures from scratch. Currently, I'm Vice-President at Titan Capital. Our portfolio includes 300+ companies primarily in India across consumer internet, direct to consumer brands, SaaS, AI and Computer Vision. My journey started early in college, where I learned a lot of lessons from a startup setback, emphasizing the importance of resilience and outreach. After graduating from the Wharton School in 2009, I headed to Silicon Valley, immersing myself in the tech world at Dropbox. There I saw the dynamics of scaling technology companies. After that I decided to move back to India to build in and for my country. I spent over 4 years at Urban Company, working closely with the founders first on strategic projects across the company and then spearheading international expansion. Now, at Titan Capital, we invest in world class entrepreneurs looking to create wide-scale positive impact on India and the World.   • Dropbox is the one place to keep life organized and keep work moving. With more than 700 million registered users across 180 countries.
  • I was part of the founding sales team at Dropbox, where we helped build an outbound engine for SMBs around the US to adopt Dropbox for Business. We played a key role in getting feedback from potential customers back to the engineering team to improve the product.
  • I was then part of the partnerships team which helped place the Dropbox app on key devices from Samsung, Dell, HP, and more. This was a huge channel for user acquisition. I played a key role in partnerships with HP and Microsoft Office. I also led a research white paper to establish that the presence of the Dropbox app as a pre-load with benefits improved the desirability of our partners' devices with their key customer segments.
