Every enterprise shipper in India has dashboards. Most still run operations on phone calls, WhatsApp, and hope. Visibility was the last decade's breakthrough. Execution intelligence is this decade's. That's what I'm building at Optimile โ€” an AI-powered execution layer for surface logistics. Not another tracking tool. A system that predicts exceptions before they happen, compresses cash cycles, automates planning, and gives logistics leaders the ability to operate at scale with confidence. We're backed by Turbostart and building for the long term. Before Optimile, I co-founded TruxApp, where we scaled a tech-enabled logistics platform from zero to โ‚น100 Cr in annual revenue, expanded across 60+ Indian cities and the UAE, raised $4M+ in venture capital, and built proprietary ERP and TMS systems that cut costs year-over-year and reduced DSO from 120 to 45 days. At Jusda (Foxconn Group), I took over a loss-making transportation and warehousing business as full P&L owner โ€” โ‚น100 Cr combined revenue โ€” and turned it profitable in under 12 months through process redesign, tech-led procurement, and a complete reset of how the business served its customers. Across 17+ years, the through-line has been the same: I build execution systems for industries where complexity is the norm and predictability is the edge. I operate at the intersection of technology, operations, and commercial outcomes โ€” and I build teams that do the same. If you're working on hard problems in logistics, supply chain, or applied AI โ€” I'm always interested in the conversation.

Optimile

Chief Executive Officer

Oct 2025 โ€“ Present ยท 7 mos ยท New Delhi, Delhi, India ยท On-site

  • Leading Optimile's mission to make surface logistics predictable, profitable, and AI-native โ€” for every enterprise shipper in India and beyond.
  • Optimile is building the execution layer the logistics industry never had. Not visibility. Not dashboards. A system that predicts delays before they occur, manages exceptions autonomously, optimizes planning continuously, and connects operations to financial outcomes in real time.
  • What I own: Company-wide P&L. Product strategy. GTM architecture. Team. Fundraising. Customer outcomes.
  • What we're building: AI-driven planning and prediction engine. Exception management automation. Unified control tower across ERP, TMS, WMS, and telematics. Financial control layer that compresses cash cycles and reconciles invoices automatically.
  • Backed by Turbostart โ€” a global, operator-led venture platform providing deep support across AI, product, and go-to-market.
  • Early traction: onboarding enterprise logistics operators, building product-market fit in a segment where the gap between "digital" and "intelligent" is still enormous.

Strategic Advisor โ€” Logistics, AI & EV Ventures

Sep 2023 โ€“ Jan 2026 ยท 2 yrs 4 mos ยท Hybrid

  • Between founding ventures, I spent two years advising a portfolio of logistics, AI, and EV companies across India, the Middle East, and Africa โ€” helping founders and leadership teams build, scale, and transform their businesses.
  • This wasn't traditional consulting. I worked as an embedded operator-advisor: sitting inside businesses, making decisions alongside leadership, and building systems that outlasted my engagement.
  • What I focused on:
  • Growth architecture โ€” designed go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and business model pivots for logistics and EV ventures that drove multimillion-dollar revenue acceleration and new market entry.
  • AI-led operational redesign โ€” built and deployed custom AI automation and workflow tools that reduced manual effort by ~40% and put real-time analytics in the hands of decision-makers who previously ran on gut and Excel.
  • International GTM โ€” delivered last-mile optimization and regulatory-compliant launch strategies for international clients, building local partnerships and digital infrastructure from scratch.
  • Platform strategy โ€” supported multiple clients' transition to next-generation warehouse marketplace models, improving platform scalability and competitive positioning in India's logistics tech market.
  • EV and fleet intelligence โ€” collaborated with EV manufacturers and fleet operators on battery management systems, IoT integrations, and charging infrastructure to drive operational sustainability.
  • This period sharpened my pattern recognition across industries and geographies โ€” and confirmed that the biggest leverage in logistics comes from the execution layer, not the visibility layer. That conviction became Optimile.

Jusda india supply chain management

Business Head โ€” Transportation & Warehousing

Jul 2021 โ€“ Sep 2023 ยท 2 yrs 2 mos ยท Gurugram, Haryana, India ยท On-site

  • Joined to take over a loss-making transportation and warehousing division inside Foxconn's logistics arm โ€” and turned it profitable in under 12 months.
  • Full P&L ownership across FTL, PTL, and 4 multi-site warehouses โ€” โ‚น100 Cr combined revenue. FTL at โ‚น60 Cr (8โ€“10% gross margin); PTL and warehousing at โ‚น40 Cr (20โ€“25% gross margin). Every number was mine to own.
  • The turnaround wasn't about cutting costs. It was about redesigning how the business operated:
  • Deployed a technology-led procurement platform that eliminated 35% of manual scheduling and improved on-time dispatch by 18% โ€” shifting the operation from reactive firefighting to predictable execution.
  • Rebuilt the customer experience from the ground up. Took NPS from 24 to 45 by tying OKRs to customer outcomes, launching weekly performance huddles, and creating a service culture where client problems were solved before they escalated.
  • Built and mentored a high-accountability operations team โ€” instilling execution discipline that held under pressure and scaled without breaking.
  • Expanded wallet share with existing enterprise clients and positioned the division for sustainable, compounding growth โ€” not just a one-time turnaround but a durable business reset.
  • This role taught me something I carry into everything I build: turnarounds are never about one lever. They're about rewiring how a business thinks, operates, and serves โ€” simultaneously.

Truxapp pvt ltd

Co-Founder & COO

Feb 2015 โ€“ May 2021 ยท 6 yrs 3 mos ยท New Delhi, Delhi, India ยท On-site

  • Co-founded TruxApp to solve a simple problem: India's surface logistics was running on phone calls, paper, and guesswork. We built technology to change that.
  • Scaled from zero to โ‚น100 Cr in annual revenue within 3 years. Maintained 200% YoY growth over 4 consecutive years. Expanded to 60+ cities in India and launched UAE operations, securing AED 9M in contracts within the first 6 months.
  • Raised $4M+ in venture funding. Built and deployed proprietary ERP and Transportation Management System (Hyphn) that drove 7% YoY cost reduction and compressed DSO from 120 to 45 days. Managed daily deployment of 2,000+ small commercial vehicles and 80โ€“100 trucks.
  • Pioneered EV logistics integration โ€” battery swapping, IoT-enabled fleet management โ€” before it was an industry trend.
  • Built and led a cross-functional team across technology, operations, sales, and finance. Owned full operational and commercial P&L across India and Middle East.

Oct 2012 โ€“ Jul 2014 ยท 1 yr 9 mos ยท Noida

  • In 2012, I built one of India's first quick commerce platforms โ€” an online marketplace that delivered alcohol to your door within 60 minutes of order placement. This was before the term "quick commerce" existed.
  • Before Blinkit, before Zepto, before Swiggy Instamart. Before anyone in India believed sub-1-hour delivery was even a viable model.
  • And I did it in one of the hardest categories imaginable: alcohol โ€” a product that was heavily regulated, fragmented across state-level licensing, and universally considered impossible to sell online.
  • Built the full-stack platform from scratch: ordering, real-time tracking, rapid hyperlocal fulfillment, payment processing, and regulatory compliance โ€” all with no playbook and no comparable model anywhere in the world at the time. Established supply-side partnerships with licensed retailers to create an infrastructure that simply didn't exist before we built it.
  • The venture was ahead of its time โ€” the Indian market and regulatory environment weren't ready. But the proof of concept was validated, and the model was right. The same idea became a global category: Drizly scaled it in the US and was later acquired by Uber for $1.1 billion. And quick commerce itself became a $5B+ segment in India over the next decade.
  • This was the experience that taught me a lesson I've carried into everything since: the biggest opportunities are hiding inside industries that everyone else calls too messy, too regulated, or too broken to touch. That's exactly where I've built my entire career.
