• As a UX/UI Designer, my role was to understand users and design experiences that truly worked for them. I started by doing research to learn about user needs, behaviors, and pain points, then turned those insights into personas, journey maps, and mind maps to guide the design.
• I created wireframes, prototypes, and design systems that made the product simple, consistent, and enjoyable to use. To make the experience more engaging, I added gamification features like rewards, progress tracking, and interactive levels, which helped increase user motivation and retention.
• I worked closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring the designs to life and make sure they were functional, scalable, and user-friendly. I also ran user testing to spot issues, improve workflows, and refine the overall experience.
• One of my biggest achievements was designing a gamified learning app that helped students stay productive, engaged, and improved their learning outcomes. With a focus on interaction design, usability, and responsive design, I aimed to deliver solutions that not only met business goals but also created real value for users.

Additionally, I collaborated closely with the tech team, providing new ideas and approaches to foster a fresh mindset aimed at improving user experience. During my time there, I worked on notable projects such as Showfa Driver, Showfa Admin, and Showfa User, contributing to the development of these platforms with a user-centric approach. I utilized tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Canva, and Adobe Illustrator to execute and enhance my design process.

• As a product designer, I conducted user research and created wireframes for various projects. One of the key projects I worked on was designing a booking website for a client based in Los Angeles who was launching their product in India. I faced several challenges in adapting the product for the Indian market, and as part of the process, I developed brand guidelines, researched appropriate color schemes for the logo, and tailored the design to resonate with the target audience—Indian users. My responsibilities included creating user personas, mind maps, and user journeys and conducting both qualitative and quantitative analysis. Additionally, I designed banners and posts for social media platforms to support the product launch. Alongside these tasks, I designed the UI with a focus on delivering a seamless and improved user experience (UX).

• As a Product Designer, I worked with a B2C travel company to design their booking website. The goal was to make it easy and enjoyable for people to discover and book trips.
• I started by doing user research to understand how travelers in India look for trips and what challenges they face while booking online. Using those insights, I created personas, mind maps, and user journeys to map out the experience.
• From there, I designed wireframes and prototypes that focused on a smooth booking flow, clear trip details, and an interface that feels simple and trustworthy. My main focus was to make the platform user-friendly for travelers while also helping the company achieve its business goals.
