My journey hasn’t followed the usual script - and that’s exactly what makes it meaningful. My career didn't start as a Product Manager - it naturally transitioned into it. The work done over the years, 2 startup stints - everything taught me the fundamentals of product management which eventually led me into my current role. I have had the opportunity to work with Fortune 500 companies like Oracle and American Express, and later, with fast-paced startups like INDmoney and AmbitionBox. Different industries, varied roles, diverse work - unique experiences not only shaped my career but also how I think, build, and lead. My two entrepreneurial journeys have taught me resilience and sharpened my skillset in product management, consulting and analytics. Today, I am passionate about building products that don’t just work, but the ones that solve real problems, scale with purpose and leave an impact. At AmbitionBox, I currently lead the B2B/Employer vertical where I drive 4 core areas: [1] Monetization, [2] Product development, [3] Customer experience, and [4] Sales enablement Over the past 4 years, I have played a key role in helping the platform grow from 30 lakh to 1 crore monthly users. I also led the development of our first monetizable product, taking it from 0 to 1000s of paying customers. Before this, at INDmoney, I launched an industry-first mutual fund tracking solution that worked directly via AMC statements. Within six months, we improved tracking accuracy from 85% to 99.8%, setting a new standard in the space. Earlier in my career, as a Management Consultant at Alvarez & Marsal, I worked with multi-million-dollar clients across sectors like QSR, logistics, healthcare, and manufacturing - helping them optimize operations and identify growth opportunities. I also worked with global private equity firms on investment due diligence and performance improvement in the healthcare and consumer space. Beyond work, teaching has always been a passion. Whether it was coaching IIT, CAT, and GMAT aspirants or now mentoring aspiring product managers, I enjoy helping others grow. To date, I have mentored over 5,000 students and professionals in their career journeys.
