  •  Development of TMAPI Adapters - Dallas, Texas, USA & Bangalore: The i2 products adopted a new infrastructure to consolidate and rationalize their product offerings. I was given the responsibility of moving the CDM import adapters (old architecture) to TMAPI. This involved design and implementation of the whole import adapter framework. New design involved getting the data from the ODS (Operational Data Store) through JDBC, processing the data and sending it c++ engine for model creation via CORBA. On engine side we have handlers to read the data coming as corba object and create the model. To make the import faster each of the adaptors run in parallel – as separate thread and controlled by AdaptorManager. All the adaptors are also remote objects – rmi based, making the system fully distributed.
  •  VRC Report for Alcatel and Huawei (Jan ’03 – Feb’ 03) - Bangalore: This view root cause report gives the user the root causes for any request not being planned by SCP. This also gives the replenishment required for all the requests that are planned late, planned short or not at all planned. Doing unconstrained JIT planning request by request generates this report.
  •  Adaptors for LP solver - Bangalore: Development of adaptors for modeling the supply chain problem as linear programming problem.
  •  Development of Map solver - Bangalore: MAP, Material and Asset Planner is a heuristic planning solver for SCP. The solver includes a pre-defined set of procedures for planning a supply chain. The core of the MAP planning algorithm is Order-by-Order (OBO) planning. It supports both Order-by-Order Planning and Layered Planning. .
  •  CDM Adapter Transition - Dallas, Texas, USA & Bangalore: The development responsibilities for the CDM Adapters were shifted to India. I, and a colleague, carried out the transition successfully, which design and implementation of CDM Adapters.
  •  Supply Chain Operating System Integration - Bangalore
