• Led a team of 4 and developed a Performance Tracking System, for tracking over 700,000 children in grades I to VIII in Himachal Pradesh. The pilot has been completed and system will be operational across 15,000 schools of the state during the current year.

• I Calibrated detectors for four parameters by writing code in Lab View. Designed a code to write in Real Time System, which is four times faster than the normal writing which were very useful for communicating with the detectors, hence helpful in making the whole process more effective.
