I am a highly motivated and service-oriented Hotel Management student with a strong foundation in hospitality operations. I am a third-year student pursuing a Bachelor's in International Hospitality and Tourism Event Management (BAIHTEM) from ITM IHM Oshiwara. Mumbai. I am eager to use guest service skills and knowledge gained through academic studies and internships to contribute in the hospitality industry. During my five months of training at Grand Hyatt, Mumbai, I have gained hands-on learning experience. Through various interactions with guests, staff and colleagues, I have developed different skills, including adaptability, attention to detail, effective communication, leadership and teamwork. In addition, I have also learnt to work hard for long and odd hours. As a hotel management student, my future aspirations revolve around building a career dedicated to shaping the service industry. Through internship experience and academic knowledge, I aim to gain more insight into the industry. I also plan to start my career with guest service roles so that I can gain more knowledge and skills and improve the service provided to guests. As a part of my extracurricular activities, I enjoy photography, swimming, exploring different places, and listening to music.
