Co-Founder & CEO of Few&Far, with a passion for Product. I started my working life with a trial day as a DBA Developer. It's safe to say it wasn't for me. Since my first day in recruitment, I've helped build Product teams for start-ups through to large corporates. In 2013, after nearly 4 years in a corporate recruitment business, it was time to step out and create a company that would help businesses at any size & in any industry build their Product, Engineering, Design & Data teams. Few&Far (Knowit at the time) was born. In September 2019, we changed our name to Few&Far & in 2021 we launched a new service offering that is tailored to helping our clients at each stage of their journey. These services include advisor matching, leadership search & team growth. We're lucky enough to have an amazing team that believe in what we are doing & have the same desire to create engaging experiences that challenge expectations.
