My responsibilities included providing regular, weekly, monthly and other special customized reports as per needs, to the Team Leaders(TL), Group Leaders(GL) and the Operations Manager of the process McAfee Cochin. This included compiling, analysing and visualising the statistics of day to day operations of all the agents of McAfee Cochin. My responsibilities also included coordinating the weekly schdule/roster process for all the people in McAfee Cochin by collaborating with the managers in Cochin and the COPS rostering team in Chennai. Siebel CRM and Peoplesoft were extensively used to access and update the data.
