I’m Vanitha Choudhari, an experienced leadership coach, entrepreneur, and business development leader with over 30 years of experience, specializing in leadership transformation, emotional intelligence (EI), and mentoring women entrepreneurs and business leaders. Throughout my career, I’ve led teams in large corporates, managed service-led sales cultures, and coached high-performing leaders. Today, as the founder of RadicalEdge Learning Consultants and Master Distributor for Genos Emotional Intelligence in South Asia, I’m committed to helping leaders and teams unlock their full potential through practical coaching and tailored development programs. My passion lies in helping individuals and organizations navigate leadership challenges with greater emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and clarity. One of my key areas of focus is empowering women leaders, especially in Banking and finance.
