Shilpi is a Leadership Coach and Co-founder of CultureLab360, a culture-intervention consultancy amplifying a new culture equation for accelerated, sustainable business growth. Shilpi has also been working with women in leadership and professionals who want to build purposeful careers and lives. She is also the Co-founder of The Unhotel Co, a story-led travel company, and Studio 4, a leadership and communication studio that helps organisations expand their horizon of impact. In her coaching journey, Shilpi has worked with more than 3,000 women on career navigation, personal brand and living with awareness, and has coached CXOs and senior leaders across finance, banking, IT, FMCG, retail, media, manufacturing, startups and social impact. A gig career, hands-on entrepreneurship, three years as a digital nomad and hosting guests from 88 countries have given her deep cross-cultural experience of resilience, agility, creativity and lateral thinking – the very skills she now builds into leaders, teams and organisations. Earlier, Shilpi led HR roles at Ogilvy&Mather and IMG India. She is an alumna of the prestigious Vital Voices Global Ambassadors Program. At the core of all her endeavours is one purpose: sparking lasting shifts in how people live, lead and show up for themselves, their work and each other. A people connector at heart, Shilpi finds it fun to weave in the stories across her different ventures.

I co-founded CultureLab360 with Aarati Kapila Kumar to do something I care about deeply: create happy, healthy cultures where people feel equal, trusted and be owners of the culture they want to experience.
Culture doesn’t happen by default; it happens with intention and with small behaviours practised consistently.
My personal mantra has always been, “The answer is yes, now what is the question?” So when Aarati, who I first met as a fellow traveller on our Ladakh expedition, said, “Shall we do something together?”, my answer was yes. As entrepreneurs, we had both seen how much culture shapes whether teams just deliver or genuinely thrive. CultureLab360 grew out of that shared belief.
Our approach is lab-based and experiential: learning happens through simulations, conversations and experiments. The process itself builds ownership, so participants don’t just hear about culture, they practise it and take it back to their teams. We focus especially on mid-level managers, through signature programs like Amplify and Listening Lab, helping them become culture amplifiers who shape the everyday experience of work.
