• As a jury member at the "Champions of the Champion" competition organized by ISIE for the design and manufacturing of electric vehicles, I had the opportunity to evaluate the work of some of the brightest and most innovative minds in the field.
• As a jury member, I was responsible for assessing the design, manufacturing, and performance of the electric vehicles created by participating teams, and offering constructive feedback to help improve their projects. I also had the chance to interact with other jury members and exchange insights and opinions on the latest trends and developments in the industry.

• In May 2017, I was fortunate enough to complete my internship at BCH electric pvt. ltd. where I worked on Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. During my internship, I had the opportunity to work on a real-life problem in the company, where I was tasked with automating a manual pressing and punching process.
• To solve this problem, I came up with a solution to install a pneumatic cylinder on top of the press. This helped to automate the process and increase efficiency. Through this project, I learned various aspects of project management and execution, including problem identification, analysis, solution design, implementation, and monitoring.
• Working on this project also helped me gain practical experience in Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma methodologies, which are widely used in the industry to optimize processes and reduce waste.
• Throughout the internship, I worked closely with the team and actively participated in Kaizen events, which helped me understand the importance of continuous improvement in the workplace. I also had the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, which provided me with valuable insights into the industry.
• Overall, my internship experience in Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma methodologies helped me gain valuable industry experience and enhanced my project management and problem-solving skills. The knowledge and skills I gained during this internship have been instrumental in my professional career.

• I had an incredible experience serving as the team captain for a team of 25 participants at a national level event organized by ISIE, which involved designing and manufacturing an electric solar vehicle. The event was highly competitive, with participants from across the country showcasing their skills and expertise.
• As team captain, my role was to lead the team and oversee the project's development from start to finish. I was responsible for managing team dynamics, ensuring that everyone had a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities, and working collaboratively to create a successful end product.
• Our team's hard work and dedication paid off when we won the first prize in the endurance round. This was a huge accomplishment, and we were all thrilled to have been recognized for our efforts.
• Throughout the event, I was impressed by my team's perseverance and dedication. Despite the long hours and intense competition, we were able to maintain a positive attitude and work together to achieve our goals.
• Overall, my experience as team captain for the electric solar vehicle event was challenging, but incredibly rewarding. I learned a lot about teamwork, leadership, and project management, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of such an exciting and successful project.

• As the Team Vice-Captain for a team of 10, I led our participation in a national level event for designing and manufacturing a Hybrid vehicle (human powered and electric powered) organized by SAE INDIA.
• My role as a Vice Captain involved coordinating the efforts of the team members, ensuring that everyone was working towards the same goal, and maintaining open communication channels between team members. I was also responsible for ensuring that the project was completed within the given timeline and budget, and that all the technical requirements were met.
• Participating in this event was a great learning experience for me and my team members. We had the opportunity to work on a complex engineering project and to apply the principles we had learned in our coursework. It also helped us to develop our project management and teamwork skills.
• As a team, we faced many challenges along the way, but through collaboration, hard work and perseverance, we were able to successfully design and manufacture a hybrid vehicle that performed well in the competition.
