I'm a big believer in the law of attraction and love to read self-development books and listen to inspirational podcasts. Two of my all-time favorite books are The Hard Things About the Hard Things by Ben Horowitz and Rework by David Heinemeier Hansson and Jason Fried. Do you believe that "Recruiting isn't about Just Finding a butt to fill the seat" there is a lot more things happening behind the scene? I'm not from a Technical Background but one of my "Hiring managers" once told me that "How can you be so accurate while screening the Resume?" so much so that the shortlisting to offer ratio became 3/1 which means out of every three shortlisting resumes 1 will grab the offer. Technical professional with a focus on building relationships with experienced software engineers in order to assist them in finding a position that meets their personal and professional goals, interests, expertise, and objectives.
