• Working as a core member of Design COE. Taking care of Design sales pitches, converting sales pitches into Design projects by applying specific strategies to relive pain points from business and users perspective. Create training content and conduct trainings for Designers and non designers to sensitise people about Design, Also to uplift the Design maturity within organisation I host and organise Design Talks to bring the knowledge on the table from different designers to make Design community more strong.
