I am an entrepreneur, a founder, and a proud student of ground reality.  Failed to become an IAS officer but cracked a far tougher exam: Organising India’s unorganised tea industry through entrepreneurship. In 2016, I started Chai Sutta Bar (CSB) with nothing but a passion for learning from every experience. Bootstrapped from day one, we built everything through hard work, "Jugaad," and lessons from the market and people. I have always believed that if my journey can inspire even one young person to chase their dreams, it’s all worth it. Nothing makes me happier than seeing the next generation aim higher, hustle harder, and create something incredible. Well, I will always remain a student, always learning, experimenting, and evolving on a mission to make Chai Sutta Bar a global brand.
