Saurabh is the Head of Human Resources for Russell Investments, India since July 2024. Prior to Russell Investments, Saurabh was an Executive Director with Morgan Stanley. Previous experience includes leading the recruitment team, HR Business Partner team and COO for HR at Morgan Stanley, India from May 2007 till June 2024. Saurabh joined Morgan Stanley as an Associate. Before joining Morgan Stanley, was a Team Leader (HR Business Partner) at the Card Services Division of JPMorgan Chase from November 2005 till April 2007. Joined JPMorgan from campus following a Summer Internship in the same division. Saurabh started his career as a Disputes Analyst with American Express in the pilot batch of their Global Service Center - Gurgaon, India. Held this position from June 2002 till May 2004. Saurabh holds an MBA (PGDM) specializing in HR from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune and a Masters in Labor Law and Labor Welfare from Symbiosis Law College. BA in Economics (Hons.) from Delhi University.
