• Automated various processes to remove dependency from cross functional teams. For eg. Automated onboarding of tenants for LeadAssist's GreenPin offering.
• Optimised API responses by ~35ms (P95 < 500ms). This included identifying and implementing caching (Cache-Aside strategy) for frequent database calls, and optimising database queries.
• Designed and developed several internal and public facing REST APIs.
• Added functionality which enabled triggering SMS to customer as a fallback mechanism for missed/failed call by the delivery agent.
• Wrote AWS lambda to shutdown test machines during night to save infra costs.
