• Working as a Splunk SME for the Asia Region in Macquarie.
• Due to a small team of only 3 members, we work on all aspects of enterprise monitoring through Splunk such as Development, L1/L2/L3 support and operations.

• Worked on Splunk SaaS Cloud migration through vendor engagement.

• Worked on Huge Multisite Clustered environment (>36 TB) as a part of SIEM Operations Team (L2/L3 support).

• Got recognized and rewarded within a couple of months after joining the project.
• Troubleshooting the environment, scheduling crons, running ansible automation scripts were some of the tasks in the project.
• Main task being keeping the 36 TB environment stable, avoiding any SLA breaches and providing and implementing various enhancement activities on the environment to provide near perfect delivery to the client.
