• Live class - I Lead the frontend team for live class. It is the biggest team and product in tech for Allen Digital.
• Streamlite - I built a new live class tool that switched from Live Video to hosting web PPTs and streaming annotations. This reduced the bandwidth of a 1-hour live class from 2 GB to 0.2 GB (90% reduction in streaming)
• UI Core - I improved development speeds by 5000% by introducing a new architecture for development using Source Code sharing along with hot reloads using Yalc.

• Market Manager App - App to track, manage and increase efficiency of sales fleet who are on the ground maintaining client relations. The app used a unique technique that would could easily use any component or screen of the main udaan app. It involved a combination of usage react-native-web and android native programming to achieve GPS tracking and fraud prevention.
• Outbound Sales Dashboard - Architected web dashboard to ensure quick context availability to do sales remotely. Uniquely written, as it was using a Pubsub model for handling interactions along with a redux handling the data dump. It also included hotkeys configuration for quick interactions by sales who speaking with the clients over the phone.

• Pickily - I led the frontend team for a leading Quick Commerce business in India. I've worked on upgrading the react navigation framework from v3 to v5. I worked on building a single context throughout the app to maintain seem less navigation between screens.
• India’s Biggest Garment Fair - (National Garment Fair by CMAI) went online for the 1st time due COVID. I single handedly owned the creation of this virtualized platform from scratch for frontend. 50000 buyers paid and registered for this event.
• Udaan Live - New platform for holding virtual events. Owned the frontend for building this from scratch. I used remote control, Live video for speakers to showcase their platform live to offer “Range Buying” for their selected users
• Udaan Selection - I single handedly run the rating framework on the frontend for Udaan. Improved conversion for ratings capturing from 4% to 35% using Animations. I look at curations of listings as well.

• Worked on their main product "FreshDesk". Introduced Dynamic SVG Avatar feature, and autocomplete feature in the product. The Dynamic SVG Avatar allowed support personnel to assess the emotion of the customer and know the preferred source of communication and their loyalty with just looking at 1 image.

• Shop in VR (VSHOPR) - Worked on making 360 images interactable. Built a compression algorithm to achieve high performance and high quality with storage of spherical 360 images.
• 3D Food Menu (HyperMenuAR) - We used photogrammetry solutions to scan the restaurant food and provided iPads to the restaurants so that their customers can view the food in Augmented Reality.
• QR Code Menu (HyperMenu) - Worked on creating a QR code based mobile menu that any restaurant can use. Created an admin portal for restaurant owners to use.
