The solution to India’s learning poverty lies in improving early education in budget private schools. A large percentage of India’s children go to affordable private schools. Here we have parents who have chosen to pay for education to improve their children’s lives and school owners who want to do well. With willing stakeholders, it is easier to improve learning outcomes in these private schools at affordable costs. Research shows that the quantity & quality of Early Learning changes the way children learn & develop for life. For a child, the most powerful & natural form of learning is when she/ he “Does” rather than “Study”. Experiential learning takes children from practical to theoretical learning changing the way children think and absorb. This: 1. Creates interest to learn 2. Reduces teacher dependency Our Kreedo6T Learning Program is a simple scalable model that can ensure children across geographies and income segments get a strong foundation to become thinkers and better citizens. We run a manufacturing unit that employs 150+ people. More than 60% of our workforce across our factories and offices are women. Gender equality and equity in society are causes that drive me. As a company, we strive hard to work towards both of these as part of the work we do. The mission is to improve learning outcomes in early years at school and home on a mass scale profitably & affordably.
