The software employed NLP, lexical analysis, relational predicates for information extraction from unstructured content and dynamic content control stabilized by user feedback. The product was VC funded by NEA and adopted by a long list of large enterprise users -- Sprint, Verisign, Webex, Oracle, Cisco, Cybersource, Think 3, Raindance being some of them.
• The product and the underlying technology were later acquired by Update AG, Austria, in the year 2001.

The product received critical acclaim and funding from the venture capital community, and some warm reviews from enterprise users. The product and the underlying technology were later acquired by Update AG, Austria.
