• ● Ran charters to improve stability, performance, and perceived performance for Unacademy’s App and Website.
• ● Guided the re-architecture of our app and website towards micro frontends, compose patterns and server-rendered UIs.

• ● Launched industry-shaping products in Social learning, Doubt Solving, Test experiences, 1:1 interactions and many more which created a revenue impact of 50+ cr.
• ● Scaled the architecture by moving from monolith to microservices (12), building low latency systems at scale.
• ● Set up the hiring and interviewing process across Unacademy ensuring a uniform bar across the company and helped scale the company from 70 to 170 developers.
• ● Set up a performance management process by defining Software development competencies across levels. This reduced attrition due to improper feedback/expectation setting by 70%.

• I was part of Microsoft Academy for College Hires and got to gain development knowledge in breadth by working on different software products, technologies and methodologies.
• I worked on Azure Application Platform (Windows Azure BizTalk Service) where I wrote alerting systems to raise warnings based on the health of azure service infrastructure and the user deployments. I created a scalable system to raise alerts based on the cumulative state of all azure BizTalk deployments.
• I Worked on a project called Framework for Performance and Scalability, which included creating a reusable framework for caching user data. This project enabled us to have a common interface for using Distributed, local and azure cache by using Adapter pattern.
• A Microsoft application called Axis is used by Microsoft partner companies to request for workshops. I worked on revamping this legacy app to Modern UI and REST architecture, using MVC, Web API and HTML+CSS.
• Worked on designing and developing a generic DB cleanup utility to remove approximately 40% of DB objects which had gone redundant over time.
• Worked as an SDET for 6 months and created a Test Automation Framework for Web Services. I was recognized as a performance and stress testing SME (subject matter expert) and found critical areas of improvement in 2 projects via performance testing. Did Compatibility testing for the tool on Windows 8 environment, making it the first Microsoft IT application to be compliant.
• I was always working on things which intrigued me in my free time, where I Designed and worked on development for a Mobile Experience for Azure which enabled the users to access and monitor their azure subscriptions in real Time via a phone app.
• Created a Telemetry library pertaining to different platforms logging data into Azure App Insights which could be included in a project by just including the project dll.
• Created 3 internal tools and windows 8 apps to make life @ work more productive and efficient.
