I had joined as business trainee and after that was promoted to Area Manager and then state Operation Manager for Assam and Meghalaya state . I believe operation is the bridge for all the departments of an organisation . In RBL Finserve I started as unbacked cake who had very limited knowledge of real business environment but slowly with support of seniors I was able to catch up ,so I also intended to provide same support to my juniors and share my knowledge with all my junior which can help them to grow with the organisation.
