• Responsibilities:
• Responsible for handling different requirements from US based clients on daily basis.
• Mainly worked on C2C/C2H and W2 requirements.
• Responsible for sourcing talented candidates according to the job description of the client through Internal database, job portals like Dice, Monster, Carrier builder.
• Talking to the candidates and taking initial phone screening to understand their competencies & skill sets.
• Confirming/negotiating hourly rate with employers and consultants to match company margin goals.
• Formatting resumes as per clients specifications before submission.
• Scheduled interviews with candidates as initiated by Customer and follow-up after in-interviews to receive feedback of interview and commitment to accept position, when offered.
• Co-ordination with Customer and Employer from day one and constant monitoring till the consultant is at the client place.
• Monthly/Weekly reports about the status of the candidates short-listed, selected, offered and likely joiners.
