• Have worked on workday for the recruitment cycle like sharing cv to hiring manager, updating feedback, releasing offer.
• Ensuring effective process deployment in achieving the targets
• Devising a sourcing strategy and identifying relevant source of recruitment.
• Creation of market intelligence, research& data mapping with respect to requirements.
• Conducting relevant research through various sources to build market intelligence on industry trends and competitor information.
• Screening the candidates overall and understanding their relevance to the role.
• Coordination of recruitment drives
• Ensuring smooth candidate experience throughout recruitment cycle
• Mentoring the freshers and training them on Naukri, search strategy and market mapping.
