I am currently a Bioinformatics postgraduate student at the University of Bristol. My main focus is on analysing tedious data using different languages , scientific writing and editing and bioinformatics game development (personal project) I am currently working on my thesis, which focuses on the use of Deep Learning for therapeutic proteins while comparing reliability of ipSAE scores with ipTM scores I have managed to develop a bioinformatics based game which you can access on my git hub : https://github.com/reevanotfound I code in Python, R, and the command line, with a knack for turning data into clear, impactful visuals. Currently learning MySQL and exploring web automation tools. I have a knack for creating presentations that don’t put people to sleep. To date, I have authored five chapters for Elsevier, with four of them as the first author. These publications primarily focus on AI and bioremediation.
