• Understanding client hiring requirements after onboarding them.
• Suggest potential candidates to the clients from the diverse talent pool.
• Assisting the candidates throughout their interviewing process with the clients.
• Interacting with clients to help with scheduling and coordination of interviews.
• Managing candidate status and communicating through the Applicant Tracking System.
• Navigating the complete recruitment cycle for clients and maximizing hires.
• Developing a sustainable relationship by being the main point of contact between clients, candidates and the internal teams
• Negotiating offers between candidates and clients to minimize dropouts
• Updating pertinent information related to the hiring workflow on a daily basis.
