I managed, planned, and designed the curricula for the KinderGym Program at Woden Valley Gymnastics Club, in addition to having coached 600+ KinderGym classes on the floor, leading 20+ coaches in the program, and helping create 70+ unique educational circuits.
KinderGym is a holistic early childhood movement program for children 9 months to five years old.
Along with systematically developing gross and fine motor ability in children using fundamental gymnastics movements and apparatuses, KinderGym also enhances social, emotional and cognitive development. It does this through relationship building, storytelling, music, and educational themes that are integrated into the program.

I redesigned handbooks for LKG teachers in government schools in Kerala, making them more accessible for teachers. I also focussed on making the class activities more effective for the students. I used principles from John Holt's theories on the learning process of young children to structure the learning activities, and added elements of playful mindfulness to the everyday classroom experience (in order to help the teachers cope with stress and help the students regulate themselves more easily).
