• I was one of the founding developer in the ML team at Vymo. Primarily worked as a backend developer/ ML Engineer but wore multilple hats as a data scientist/ data engineer at times.
• My job was to take full ownership for delivering real-time/batch based ML features in the Vymo app.
• Apart from the technical skills, understood and discovered various behaviours of a sales guy by mining data, experimentation, A/B testing, client interactions and introduced features in the product which helped some of the largest sales teams in the world increase their efficiencies and conversion ratios using the power of AI.
• 1. Designed and developed two backend services , one of which was the ML powerhouse and other one was an etl based service.
• 2. Developed a system of automated ML pipelines leveraging airflow where the entire flow from drawing raw data to publishing models, monitoring them and corresponding changes in backend/ui via APIs and interaction with the config store were catered.
• 3. Worked as a Data Scientist for a short time in one of the features, starting from the hypothesis upto the productisation.
• 4. Worked on data pipelines from time to time as per the requirement of the features.
• 5. Migrated features from cron based jobs to realtime using kafka.
• 6. Productised 3 major features: Lead prioritisation, Lead Allocation, Nudges (ML based NBAs).
• 7. Took care of MLOps , setting up airflow pipelines, seperate workers, VMs etc.
• 8. Took ~100 interviews for MTS/SMTS for engineering hiring.

• Developed the backend code for a dashboard to track the performance of Business Segments for the Issues, KPIs raised by clients, and made a supervised model using raw data of issue lifecycle.
