• ● Developed the complete Access Control Platform(Gatekeeper) in Go and ReactJS that enables employees to request access to various assets (e.g., Redash, Airflow, Superset). Implemented a multi-level tenant-wise approver assignment logic along with an JWT & Session-based (Authentication, Authorisation) & a notification module. Also, built a PagerDuty-like worker responsible for notifying approvers about assigned requests & escalating them upon SLA breaches. Leveraged DynamoDB, SQS for scalablility & low-latency performance.
• ● Led several high priority projects, including optimising inter-region MySQL DB exports & DynamoDB Incremental Sync, this involved building a new ETL Type & setting up infrastructure components like SQS, SNS, Event Bridge rules in other accounts to make the pipeline highly resilient & scalable, also implemented the step for performing transformations on PII Data, de-duplication & merging using a Spark Job which also registers these tables in Hive, the tables in Hive are then available for analytical queries via Presto/Trino and can be visualised on Redash. Overall, both these projects resulted in a net-infra saving of ~14,000 USD/month.
• ● Developed a new version for an SDK in Go that was used by various services(upto 30,000+ events/second) to send events to Kafka, implemented batching from scratch using Worker-Buffer pattern, and migrated event payloads from JSON to Proto, also added support for ZSTD-based compression of events (post extensive benchmarking) that lead to Kafka storage cost reduction and efficient CPU utilization. Ideated & developed the foundation of a Central Schema Registry Service responsible for serving Protobuf schemas on runtime in sub-millisecond latency using DynamoDB, S3 & L2 Caching system.

• ● Built multiple pipelines that create the foundational datasets(Fact & Aggregated) to establish relationships amongst the usage of various features & sub-features of AR Hub. This required manual categorization of more than 60 unique routes into features & sub-features.
• ● Architectured a scalable solution to store the mapping table in a SITEVAR due to robust support on internal frameworks, and extremely quick READ & UPDATE operations due to caching. Implemented Data Quality Checks in the pipeline with calibrated anamoly sensitivity to automatically notify the ON-Call Teams by creating & submitting a P1 task.
• ● Built extremely visual Uni-Dash dashboards that have usage, co-relation & miscellaneous metrics about features & sub-features of AR Hub. Incorporated feedback from cross-functional teams throughout the designing & execution stages. These dashboards are now driving product decisions around Keep The Light Off projects & also supporting the Unified Content Management team to decide on the inclusion of certain features.
• ● Created top-line metrics using M360 Authoring API in Bento Notebooks, these are key decision-driving metrics that are present in the ultimate source of truth for the team. M360 Authoring API is an internal interface that deals with the creation of metrics, metric slices, and derived metrics.

• ● Implemented an anti-fraud checking mechanism on transactions and helped reduce the overall fraud rate in payments using Name Matching and Account Validation.
• ● Created a new service that updates previous entries in the database by fetching updated data from the latest version of API. Used a multi-threading strategy to reduce the overall time of fetch queries, followed best code practices and design patterns for Data Transfer Objects, DAO Layers, and Controllers.
• ● Created a REST API using Java and Java Spring Boot that allows CRM to process refunds for transactions, used ORM - Hibernate to map the object schema to database schema, and followed the standard design pattern.
• ● Currently working closely with the Payments Team on refining Payment Gateway Integration and improving the API Response time using Java Spring Boot and MySQL.

This included deploying SonarQube on an EC2 Instance, creating Docker images and pushing them to Elastic Container Registry, and then setting up the Elastic Container Services to automatically deploy the whole application on the cloud.
