Hi, I'm Tushit Gupta — a curious builder, passionate entrepreneur, and someone who believes that technology, when used right, can truly create impact. I love building solutions that sit at the intersection of technology, impact, and real-world problems. Whether it's improving road safety or making learning fun for kids, I thrive on turning ideas into tangible, scalable outcomes. Currently, I’m building okDriver – an AI-powered Driver Monitoring System (DMS) and smart dashcam tailored for public transport fleets. Our mission is to reduce road accidents and fatigue-related incidents by helping fleet operators monitor, analyse, and support drivers in real time. My journey so far has been diverse and hands-on: • At Tata Consultancy Services, I developed embedded IoT systems and handled ETL pipelines for ad-tech analytics. • At Tikona Infinet, I served as a Solution Architect, designing telecom and networking solutions. • I’ve also co-founded STEM innovation labs for schools, where I design curriculum and DIY kits to make robotics, coding, and electronics fun for students from Grade 1 to 12. Along the way, I’ve: • Filed 4 Indian patents in mobility, IoT, and voting systems • Published peer-reviewed research in antenna design and IoT applications • Delivered workshops and guest lectures on IoT for students and even Indian Army personnel What drives me? The idea that technology should be humane, intuitive, and empowering. I’m especially passionate about: • Smart mobility & road safety • IoT & embedded systems • Creative learning for kids • Tech with a social lens Outside of work, you’ll probably find me tinkering with hardware, watching documentaries, sketching product ideas or getting lost in conversations about space, design or social innovation.
