Currently, working as a Principal Software Engineering Manager at Microsoft. I lead the WSSI (Windows Silicon and System Int) Fundamentals team focussed on improving the power and performance of windows devices against the competition. Previously as an Engineer, Sr. Staff Manager at Qualcomm, I lead the global development and implementation of cloud-based device management and analytics solutions that improve the performance, quality, and security of Qualcomm chipsets. With over 25 years of software experience, I have successfully seeded and grown new teams, executed projects, and developed in diverse technologies and roles, from individual contribution to managing teams of 10 to 30 engineers.
